CEO of IRISA International Company:
Corona virus could not stop the growth of IRISA. IRISA is one of the best in the country in the field of automation.
According to IRISA Public Relations, Dr. Rasoul Saraeian, CEO of IRISA, in explaining the one-year performance report of IRISA in the annual general assembly of the company, while appreciating the efforts of employees, explained: IRISA production line is knowledge and manpower and we have tried in this company to provide good conditions for employees because if these conditions are not provided for work, it will have a negative impact on employee performance.
He called IRISA a knowledge-based company and added: “Last year, the company received several awards in various fields, and without a doubt, IRISA is now one of the best in the country in the field of automation.”
Referring to the details of IRISA shares, the CEO of the company said: “Currently, IRISA is a 100% company of Mobarakeh Steel Group, of which 75% belong to Mobarakeh Steel group and the rest belong to Hormozgan Steel group.”
Dr. Saraeian added: “In 2020, we were able to bring about good things for the company, and for example, we have developed a roadmap with the efforts of all employees called IRISA Plus in the field of digital transformation based on education and human capital.”
Regarding the other achievements of IRISA, he said: “One of the turning points that happened in the company was entering into the field of digital transformation, digital economy and concepts related to the fourth industrial revolution, which was achieved by the consideration of the esteemed CEO of Mobarakeh Steel company and without exaggerating this national honor reveals bright futures.
The CEO of IRISA stated: “In the current circumstances which is the most difficult one, we were able to invite an international consultant to the country and to Isfahan, and as a result, we were able to obtain the approval of an international consultant on the guidelines of the Digital Transformation Plan in Mobarakeh Steel group, which is a great achievement.”
Dr. Saraeian said that about 70% of IRISA staff is made up of young people and added: “using young people is a long-term investment, and in this regard, we have always tried to use young people.”
Regarding the company’s sales, he said: “We managed to double our sales in 2020 compared to 2019, and in this regard, we must consider that this growth in sales was achieved during and despite the difficult situation of the corona virus outbreak in the country, and we’ve had growth in our services and in the equipment sectors by 100% and 80% respectively.
